COLLEGE DATA SUBMISSION:
We will submit the academic details of the students as per employer’s eligibility criterion.  Once approved and filtered by the employers we will start working on preliminary assessment test, conducted by redeem in the

Pre-Interview Assessment:
This is an online assessment test of 60 minutes comprising: Aptitude (Logical, Quantitative and Verbal), Technical (Depends upon the streams of the students), and two puzzles. We keep the minimum cut off marks as 60%. The report is submitted to the employer for final filtration of the students.

Planning and Arrangements:
All the arrangements for the activity and the  logistic required for interviewing team members will be arranged.  The teams members will be provided with best available travel and boarding facilities. This would be a ZERO COST Activity to the employers.

Recruitment Activity:
¨The process is completely online and automated, which provides employers a cost effective and reliable hiring methode. The following parameters are assessed:
Educational Background, Skills and Competencies, Abilities and Attitude, Experience,Interpersonal/ Communication Skills. The process is:

  • Written Test: Comprises Quantitative, Logical, Verbal and Non Verbal multiple choice aptitude section and Technical section. Further the question paper pattren is based upon employers hiring policy.
  • Group Discussion: Based Upon Genaral awareness and Technical awareness two topics will be given for discussion. Each session is for 5 - 15 mintues and 30 - 60 seconds are given to start the discussion.
  • Technical Interviews: This is one to one technical interview rounds, to check the technical skill sets required for the position. The number of rounds and questionaire is completely as per the employers hiring policies.
  • Final Shorlisted candidates are identified based upon an HR interview and overall candidates performance in the interview process.

Post Interview Trainings:
Redeem takes the further responsibility of converting these fresh candidates in to ready recruits for employers.
