appropriate understanding of the company's direction and priorities
and then developing and empowering them to make their own

RMCPL’s staffing solution is
structured along two distinct segments:
A. Permanent Staffing

Direct targeted recruiting for candidates
possessing the precise skills, qualifications & backgrounds
required to fill our client job openings.

Complete screening of candidate’s credentials
prior to client presentation & throughout the entire search
process.

Minimum assigned search staff consisting of a
Senior Consultant and a research associate.

Coordination of all logistics associated with
the interviewing, relocation & offer presentation
process.

Appropriate & thorough follow-up on the
quality of the candidate match after hire. Background
verification including criminal, driving, social security number,
education & others (most information returned in less than
seventy-two hours), when requested by a client.

Profiling of candidates using "The Achiever
Personality System," which measures both mental aptitudes and
personality traits, when requested by a client.

We offer training to our applicants. We offer
software training for labor applicants whose jobs require computer
applications. We cover a general office procedures program for the
more entry-level candidates
B. Contract
Staffing
We are well organized player in the
contract staffing arena. Our recruitment, payroll processing,
in-house technology team, training and HR consulting makes it
possible for us to manage pan Indian assignments. It includes:
Temporary
staffing: Enabling the client to respond to short-term
temporary and/or flexible manpower needs with specific skill set
requirements or for supplementing the workforce. These services
could be of a part-time, full-time or job sharing nature.
Temporary-to-permanent services: The client
can hire associates as temporary employees for a trial period of
employment; after a satisfactory trial period, a company has the
opportunity to add a temporary worker to its permanent staff; by
moving the employee from Redeem payroll to that of the business
client.
Long-term
contract: Corporates can opt to enter into assignments for
long-term and indefinite periods of time with Redeem associates.
Managed services:
Redeem provides the onsite management of the contingent
workforce at the client facility. It retains the responsibility for
the supervision of the leased employees as well as the
accountability for the results of the facility or function that have
been leased.
